Dark Wolf Marketing provides the Dark Wolf Marketing app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account information — your name and email address when you create an account.
Information you enter in the app — details you record about your customers (such as name, contact information, and service address), their electronic signature, and the date when an agreement is signed.
Diagnostic information — basic crash and error data to keep the app working.
We do not use your data for advertising.
How we use information
To provide and operate the app, create and deliver the agreements you generate, respond to support requests, and keep the app secure.
How we share information
With the business on whose behalf an agreement is created, and authorities where required by law.
We also use trusted service providers to operate the app on our behalf — for cloud hosting and storage, error diagnostics, payment processing, and email delivery. These service providers may process information only as needed to provide those services to us and are required to protect it and not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
Your customers' information
When you use the app to sign up your customers, you are responsible for that customer information, and we process it on your behalf.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the app, and we delete it on request. You can also delete your account from the app settings page. Your name may be retained as part of our business and legal records — including any agreements you've created — even after your account is deleted.
Security
We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.
