These Terms govern your use of the Dark Wolf app and related services (the "Service"), provided by Dark Wolf Marketing ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Who can use it. You must be at least 18, and if you use the Service for a business, you must be authorized to act on its behalf.
2. What the Service is. Dark Wolf is a tool for collecting customer information and capturing electronic signatures on service agreements. It is not a payment processor, and we do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for how you use the agreements you create.
3. Your account and conduct. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for using the Service lawfully — including obtaining any consent required from your customers and complying with applicable sales and consumer-protection laws.
4. Our content. The Service and its software are owned by Dark Wolf Marketing. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use it for your business; you may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.
5. Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it meets your legal or compliance obligations.
6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark Wolf Marketing and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable to you for any damages of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or otherwise — arising out of or relating to:
(a) your use of, or inability to use, the Site, the Service, or any content made available through them;
(b) any transaction entered into, conducted through, or facilitated by the Site or the Service;
(c) any error, omission, or inaccuracy in the Site, the Service, or that content;
(d) any unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your data or transmissions; or
(e) any other matter arising from or connected to the Site, the Service, or that content.
This applies even if we have been advised that such damages were possible. If you are not satisfied with the Site, the Service, the content, or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using them.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you. In those states, our liability is limited, and the warranties we disclaim are excluded, to the greatest extent the law allows — and in no event will our total liability to you exceed USD $100.00.
